Gonna test out HCT 12 (Lots of autoregulation)

Workout A
Pull-up
Dumbbell Bent-Over Row
Flat bench press
Standing barbell press
Overhead dumbbell Triceps

Workout B
Back squat
Deadlift
Standing Calf Raises
Barbell curl
Barbell rollout

Week 1: Workout A - B - A - B
Week 2: Workout A - B - A - B
Week 3: Workout A - B - A - B
Etc..
